I just wanted to begin by saying that I love Spybot S&D. I absolutely love it. I am a technical support consultant so every friend and family member assumes that I have the time and the inclination to sit down with them and fix their computer. I do so many RAM upgrades, router troubleshooting and spyware removal that I should really get paid. One thing I have come to realize is that a lot of the work I do on people's computers is spyware/virus removal. And without Spybot S&D it wouldn't even be possible. I have helped so many people by simply telling them to go to www.safer-networking.org
