    Default immunisation not working?

when i installed spybot, i ran all the checks and immunised the program.
But whenever i load the program, all items in the immunization screen are listed under "unprotected" despite having immunised before and they appeared under "protected"
does anyone know of this or how to fix it?
dont want to have to spend however long every time i load up windows immunising it, but i think it might just be the HOSTS/global bit that keeps unprotecting itself. not sure,, will check next time it happens

Using Windows Vista, spybot S&D 1.5.2.20

    Any help?

    Hello,

Please upgrade your program, version 1.6 is available!
Just install over the old version.
You can download the new version here:

If it is just the host file not being immunised see http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=31352

Are you using Zone Alarm or Spy Sweeper as these have got issues with Spybots Immunizing feature?

To Temporarily Disable the Host File Locking in Zone Alarm go to: Firewall => Main => Advanced => Lock Host File and untick it (you can re-enable it after Immunizing the Hosts File)

With Spy Sweeper turn off ALL the Resident Shields, Immunize with Spybot and then Turn the Shields Back on.
