The System Properties dialog box will open as shown below. In the section "Startup and Recovery" click the button "Settings".").
After that, please do again notepad c:\boot.ini and post back fresh boot.ini.

Again follow that same tutorial but now choose "Edit" and delete this option:

After that, please do again notepad c:\boot.ini and post back fresh boot.ini.
