I turned off the AVG resident shield and went to the windows security center and made sure everything was off there as well.I regret to say that I still cannot get that program to run.
When I double click (the desktop icon) and select run, a black window opens asking me to disable script etc. It also says that its a diagnostic tool and to paste results in the forum. There is nothing to select to make it run beyond just getting that window to open. I'm assuming if I have the right things disabled it will run automatically, right?
Sorry you got such a dodo to work with! Please don't get discourage, I can do this!
