Default AV Care and Win32.agent.pz infection

Last night I got some notifications from Avast saying it found some virus, found AV Care on my desktop and got a notification saying my firewall had been turned off. I turned my firewall back on, removed AV Care from add/remove programs and did a quick scan with Spybot S&D, I didn't let it do a full search because it overheats my laptop but it found 3 malware entries in the registry. I removed them with Spybot S&D. I just did a full scan with spybot and it found the same 3 malware entries that it removed last night. Win32.agent.pz.

I removed them again and did a scan with avast which found something in startup so I did a bootscan and found nothing but when I did another scan after Windows had loaded it found the same virus in startup as last time. I downloaded Malwarebytes and removed the malware it found but it said I needed to restart my computer for it to get rid of everything, I did and when Windows loaded back up, it froze. I turned my laptop off and back on again and the same thing happened. I turned it off, left it a few minutes and turned it back on and it loaded this time but now I'm scared to do anything else incase it makes things worse again.

Here's my HJT log. Help please?!

    Hi The Alpha Gamer

To access the Uninstall Manager you would do the following:

    1. Start HijackThis
    2. Click on the Config button
    3. Click on the Misc Tools button
    4. Click on the Open Uninstall Manager button.

You will now be presented with a screen similar to the one below:

    5. Click on the Save list... button and specify where you would like to save this file. When you press Save button a notepad will open with the contents of that file. Simply copy and paste the contents of that notepad here on your next reply.
