Hi, I am covered by Comodo and did a clean yesterday. It has thrown up these two temporary files which won't delete. My computer is running alot slower than usual, are they anything I should be worrying about?

Hi Bill,
Have you asked at the Comodo forums, possibly they are the program's temp files, but someone there could clarify.
Do your security programs find anything remiss?
Cheers.

Hadn't thought of that, I'll check with Comodo.
Our security programs haven't picked anything up but the comp. is very slow.

Have you checked in Task Manager Bill to see if any program is taking a lot of CPU?

I checked in Task Manager and yes, sirundll.exe is taking what is normally on System Idle Process.
The user is SYSTEM.
I tried checking it out on google but not sure if good or bad!

Hi there,
The Smart Link slrundll.exe path is C:\WINDOWS\system32\
System processes will have idle and busy times.

Hi Tashi
Excuse my ignorance, does this mean it's nothing to worry about?

Hi Bill,
Malware can be named anything but if the exe's path is in the right place then as far as that is concerned it doesn't send up any flags.
If none of your security programs are alerting it's hard to say what is causing the slow down, could be anything from number of startups, amount of RAM etc.
Did you post at Comodo with your original concern?
Cheers
