Hi Shaba,
Sorry for the delayed response. Just want to wait for couple days to make sure. Everything seems cleared and running smoothly. Thank you very much for your patience and all your help. We can close this post.
Thanks again.
Then we run this next:
Please go to Kaspersky website and perform an online antivirus scan.
- Read through the requirements and privacy statement and click on Accept button.
- It will start downloading and installing the scanner and virus definitions. You will be prompted to install an application from Kaspersky. Click Run.
- When the downloads have finished, click on Settings.
- Make sure these boxes are checked (ticked). If they are not, please tick them and click on the Save button:
- Spyware, Adware, Dialers, and other potentially dangerous programs
Archives
- Click on My Computer under Scan.
- Once the scan is complete, it will display the results. Click on View Scan Report.
- You will see a list of infected items there. Click on Save Report As....
- Save this report to a convenient place. Change the Files of type to Text file (.txt) before clicking on the Save button.
- Please post this log in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.

Hi Shaba,
I don't see that file anymore. I believe Kaspersky resolved it already. Should I do anything else? Everything is running smoothly so far. Thank you very much for your help and time.
Kaspersky doesn't delete anything.
Can you see a file with dqud as filename in c: root?

Hi Shaba,
I did a full search in Windows Explorer and in DOS. I used a combination of * and nothing similar to the file in question found. I also ran Kaspersky couple of times. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
Here is the latest Kaspersky log file.
