Buggy Scan

I can run SpyBot over and over and it finds and fixes the same things. This new version is not as good as the old one. Also,Start Center tells me I have not updated the program for X number of days, however I update and run spybot everyday. Ver 2.0.12.126 Start Center

Hello,

Which items are being found in a scan?
What are they named?

Did you fix them with admin rights?

Did you click on "Update" and not just on "Check Status"?
"Check status" only tells you which files are up to date and if they have been downloaded correctly.
"Update" actually offers new files and downloads them.
