Download was an epic fail !

I cant delete it, I cant fix it... I can barely use my computer, I get this message box when I try to delete the program.

"message files "C\Program files (x86)\spybot search and destroy 2\unins000.msg" is missing please correct the problem or obtain a new copy of the program.
