Default How/Where do I download SpyBot Professional?

On the website I purchased SpyBot Professional and am having difficulty trying to find where to download this software.

Somewhere it said to click on the "Start Center," which I do not see.

Once I am on https://www.safer-networking.org, what do I click on to locate a download link?

    Thanks.

    Hello SanDiegoSunriser,

Sorry to hear, did you receive a purchase receipt with a spybot.exe link and the license key?

Please see "How to activate my new Spybot License."

    Hope that helps.

I'm having the same problem and followed the above advice as the link in the email has expired.

Downloaded free addition, followed the FAQ but there is no option to input the license.

And I purchased after August 2018.

Can you please supply a link to the professional addition??

    Regards.

If you run the update and let it download all available updates first, the option to enter the license will appear. Might require a restart unless you close Start Center while updating. Simply click on the "Free Edition" in Start Center, and the opening license dialog will have the button to enter the license key.

    You can also use

To retrieve your key if it has gone missing along with the license installer.

Getting the updates should make the license box show up, so it's probably best to do that first, then check to see if Start Center will open after that.
If you're on a Windows 10 PC, 64-bit, then the path to sdupdater will likely be C:\Program Files (x86)\Spybot - Search & Destroy 2. Rightclick SDUpdate.exe and run as administrator. Once the Update button appears up top, press update. Once the updates are downloaded, try rebooting your computer.

Once logged back into windows, try opening Spybot Start Center again. If it won't open, post back here, and we'll go from there.

Using Windows 7, perhaps that is the problem?

Updates of viruses and malware don't bring the reg box, but was sent a link by support so got that done.

Issue now is essential program files have failed to update and start page won't load. So it's like I have a registered but 1/2 installed program.

Oh, that's good if it's registered. That's a start at least.

Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft. Please see here:

That's probably unrelated to these problems concerning Spybot, though.

I have a link on how to start Windows 7 in safe mode. Could you select just plain Safe Mode, then double click Spybot Start Center? Let me know if it does start up.

Also, please click on "Why Cant I See the “Enter a new License Key” Button?"" under Updates & Licenses on this page:

Do you recall seeing that when you first downloaded and attempted to update Spybot? I thought it perhaps might be related to being unable to open Spybot Start Center now.

I'm hanging onto 7 for as long as I can LOL. Have a laptop with 10 and it's an open book to the world if you know what I mean.

Did see and follow the "Why Can't ..." info in the beginning to no avail, but, fully functioning now.

What I did was uninstall spybot, restart, installed license key first and the program self installed from there fully. Think the problem was beginning with the free version and then trying to register it which it refused to let me do.

    Thank you for your assistance.
