Help!!!! POP UPS driving me crazy

Can someone please help? I cant git rid of these pop ups my blocker is on but they keep appearing..HELP :

Please see this forum's FAQ, "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

Then start a new topic providing the HJT log, and I will close this one as helpers look for threads without a response.
