Troj Ranky.ls - Mtbi.exe

I have PC Cillin which detects a Trojan: TROJ RANKY.LS - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\mbti.exe (Application) in folder C:\WINDOWS\Prefeth (PF File). PC Cillin can't quaranteen or Fix. I manually removed the Prefetch File but it won't allow me to remove the MBTI.exe file. Spybot does not detech problem. I think this is related to AIM and that it sends pictures to buddies.
How do I get rid of this?

At this point problem was eliminated by installing & running Grisoft AVG Free Edition from ewido...
