Problems Installing
I was recently directed to this program by a friend who said it would help with my trojan problems, but, I can't seem to get it installed. I will download the file via firefox, open and start the installation, then it will just crash and disappear. Sometimes I've gotten just to the language selection, sometimes it has started to install, but it all seems to crash in the end. Any help would be much appreciated.
Did you download the installation program (spybotsd14.exe) from one of the sites listed here?

Was the md5 hash value of the downloaded file?

If so and the installation does not work, can you provide the content of any error messages you are getting and content of the last installation screen you accessed and options you elected before the failure?
