Why Is this Option Greyed out

I've always been able to choose this option before :(

That is sometimes an indication that your Hosts file is not found in the proper location.

According to your operating system it should be found in the below locations.

Windows 95/Windows 98/Windows Me - C:\windows\
Windows 2000/Windows XP - %SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc\
