ISXDL incompatible with Windows 2000

Are the authors of Spybot aware that ISXDL (the downloader DLL for Inno Setup) looks like the attachment on Windows 2000. (Clean room VMWare image and real host). AFAIK this is a known issue and the author isn't around to update it.

The author of the ISXDL has just stated that "Windows 95 is not on his priority list" (a newer version of ISXDL fixes this, but breaks Win95 compatibility), and since he has closed the tracker entry on SourceForge about the problem, I guess this will never be fixed from his side.
So we'll either have to live with it or take a look at the source of ISXDL ourselves.
