New Spybot search and Destroy

Just wondered if and when a new programme is released will it still be supported for Windows 98 S.E and ME ?

I ask because I am curious to see if Spybot go down the same route as Ad-Aware and cease support from those 2 operating systems, however I am not too sure that Ad-Aware 2007 will still be able to be installed on the older systems or not, or indeed if if installation is allowed that they will actually work or not.

Of course Ad-Aware 2007 is still in the testing beta stage at the moment.

Anyone have any ideas on this please.

According to PepiMK, 1.5 will even bring back Win95 support, so I guess Win 98/ME is safe.

I wonder why Ad-Aware are not doing the same for their latest programme when it gets released? Ad-Aware 2007

Have you heard if there has been any change to what we have been told that 1.5 when finally released will be supported to 95, 98 and ME?

1.5 should work with these operating systems.

Further Patrick is getting lots of PM's - too much he can have a look at - he is busy with programming and improve our software - so i am afraid that he has no time for asking simple questions that can be dealt with in our forum.
