Virtumonde Issue - I need help

[Enochyang]

Hello. I have a Virtumonde (trojan/spyware/virus?) issue with my computer and I am constantly bombarded with pop-up windows and an extremely slow browser experience.

I have tried scanning with Spybot and Adaware repeatedly without much success. I followed the instructions exactly as posted and here are my Kaspersky Log Results:
