trojan and downloader probs

hi
i have been hammered with the trojan.tibs.7.w in various two other forms and also downloader.tibs in four forms.ive ran Spybot and other progs and the free version of AVG picked it up.
how do i remove these files please?

one thing i have noticed with using outlook express is every
mail received has the attachment symbol next to it.
i sent a blank mail from my gmail account to the outlook account and it had the symbol in the in box but no attachment when it was opened.

hope this helps.
