To Win98SE Die-Hard Users,If SpyBot 1.5.2 Won't Start,Run Dr. Watson First!

To Whom it May Concern;
If you're still running WIN98SE and you've successfully installed the current version of SpyBot Search & Destroy 1.5.2 only to watch helplessly as the Progression Bar Graph Stops at less than 25% completion and an illegal Action Error Message appears, Shutting down the Program, Before you Uninstall SpyBot Search & Destroy 1.5.2 and possibly go back to whatever you were previously using,Try starting Dr. Watson before you start S&D 1.5.2 !
Thats what I'm doing and as long as Dr. Watson is running S&D 1.5.2 seems to be working properly,so far!

I'd appreciate any input from Anyone who might have experienced this situation!

Hi,

thank you for your workaround. In the meantime I returned to V.1.4 that runs fine. But the setup file of 1.5.2 has not been disposed of yet. As soon as I have time I’ll give it a try.
