Google is being Hijacked...

Hi All.
Please help. My google results are being Hijacked. I have run PC Tools Spyware Doctor and it finds Adware.PodcastbarMini.

It deletes the above and but my problem stays. Even after re booting the system.

Whenver a search something on google and click on the link it opens up a Pop-Up and wont let me view the pages i want to.

I have read and read many things but nothing seems to work. Peaople have said its to do with Cookies, other a Virus but im unable to find the real problem.

Please help ASAP!!!!!
