When starting Firefox earlier, Tea Timer popped up a message that the checksum for Firefox had been changed. I disallowed the program and then ran a scan for viruses and spyware. Neither were detected. Now firefox cannot connect. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Spybot and firefox, but the problem still exists. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The only thing that I can suggest is to post the portion of the Resident log that shows the denied change and possibly someone can help.
Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode > Tools > Resident > scroll to the bottom of the listing and highlight a portion of the log that shows the denied change(s).Then right click and select Copy. Paste the log entry(s) to another post in this thread.
