Problem with Win32.Agent.sxi

I have been days in which Spybot detects a virus (Win32.Agent.sxi). In order to eliminate it I press the button "Solve problems". Later I review again and the virus does not appear. Perfect, I think. But on the following day I return to run Spybot and returns to appear the same virus. I take several days doing the same operation and I don't know why returns to appear the same virus. What is happening? I don't know what to do.
