Win XP Hijackthis log please read and give me ideas.

Hi, this is a hijackthis log that I ran today, first one on this CP I am running Win XP

I have know idea what I am doing please let me kn ow what I can change delete and how it looks in general, I am trying to clean the CP up a little.
