4 entries in Ignore System Internals, I didn't put them there!

There are 4 entries in Ignore System Internals, I didn't put them there and there doesn't seem to be a way to remove them. When I right click on one, the option to remove the entry is grayed out. Is this something I should be worried about? I'm using v. 1.60 updated as of a few days ago.

In the past there were four (4) Ignore System Internals entries added by default during the installation of Spybot to prevented the detection of possible legitimate registry entries. See this post.
