Hi, I've been trying to delete this "YSB Toolbar" in many ways possible and the application remains in my computer...i have scanned it with the spybot search and the report is attached to this post...can anyone help me with this matter?

Thanks LonnyRJones...the problem is that the application "YSB_toolbar" is still in my desktop and cannot be removed..so everytime I start my computer advice me that there's a suspicious file and I need to scan my computer...which i do but nothing can delete it...is kind of prohibited...another thing is that the Icon for the YSB_tool bar changes sometimes automatically without my help.

What program tells you about it ? mcaffee or windows defender i assume

Post a HijackThis 1.99.1 log
First Make a new folder, example C:\AntiSpyWare
and download/Save HijackThis, to that new folder.
This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong

Double click HijackThis.exe, Hit None of the above, just start the program.
Hit Scan When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button. Press that, save the log somewhere, and please show us its contents.
Most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet.

Post a panda report
Panda ActiveScan-Free online scanner,

Do a full scan > Click the my computer button
After the scan click see report then Save the report and post it back here please.

I still dont see malware/spyware

If you intend to use Mcafee firewall and antivirus aols firewall/antivirus and Symantec Security Center should be uninstalled

Hit Scan When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button. Press that, save the log somewhere, and please show us its contents. Most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet. Post a panda report Panda ActiveScan-Free online scanner, http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan.htm Do a full scan > Click the my computer button After the scan click see report then Save the report and post it back here please.
