Direct Link doesn't work... (Unsure if Malware/Spyware)

Hey everyone,

I am unsure if this is a form of malware or something, but maybe someone could help. My Windows Vista: Home Edition doesnt allow me to connect the computer directly to my enthernet cable. (No, the cable/connection isnt buggered, it works on other computers.) The green light is on (that is where you plug the enternet cable in.

Like I said, I am not sure if this is Malware...
If you need me to post HijackThis logs, let me know.

Suggestions would be great!

Not owing Vista, it still does not sound like a malware issue. I suggest you try a good Windows Vista forum, here are two to choose from, post at only one at a time.
