The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "BeastDo.Pztrain" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
This trojan installs itself to system folder and renames itself to expl0rer.exe, adds itself to systemstart and runs itself.
Also, it copies a fake pztrain.exe into system folder and a sp00lsv.exe.
Supposed Functionality:
According to the filename it is supposed to be a trainer for the game GTA San Andreas but it is not.

fake: pztrain.exe, filesize=206294,md5=4CE711FD192961CEE4B659E444D09E24
fake 2: pztrain.exe, filesize=72150,md5=EF431F7267CFAD46FD52455B41802E20 location is in Systemdirectory​
Removal Instructions:

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D, RunAlyzer or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.
  • Entries named "EXPLORER" and pointing to "EXPL0RER.EXE".
Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\expl0rer.EXE".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\pztrain.exe".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\so00lsv.EXE".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\mydll.dll".
  • A file with an unknown location named "pztrain.exe".
  • A file with an unknown location named "expl0rer.exe".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If BeastDo.Pztrain uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!
