Need Help to Remove Spyware Soft Stop..

Spyware Soft Stop is sitting in my start-up and gives me a annoying message every single minute, asking me to download the updates. I tried using SpyBot and Ad-Aware SE, but nothing helped to remove it.

Someone please help me out...
