Hi,
For a week or so now, my computer has been infected with the Win32/Olmarik Trojan. ESET Smart Security cannot clean it, and now when I start up ESET it shows an error message saying "Communicating with ESET Smart Security kernel failed". I try to fix that, and download the recommend file from Microsoft, but I get an error message saying "file is not a valid win32 application" which coincidentally is what all the Malware programs say when I try to install them.
The following programs cannot run because of this virus/trojan on my computer:
Malware-Bytes
ComboFix
HijackThis
RootRepeal
Spybot S-D
ESET Smart Security
AIM (I can only get it to work when I run it as an Administrator)
Since I can't run HijackThis nor ComboFix, I can't post any logs. All I need is some assistance because I just want this off my computer, it's annoying as hell when I search things on Google, and I would like my anti-virus to work.
