Fixing Problem

Hi, i downloaded Spybot today as my last hope to remove this dammit winfixer.
Spybot found some spywares (also winfixer) but i have got 2 errors:
1) It stops the scan and says that the scanning process wasn't completed successfully.
2) If I try to correct the spywares that it finds before the scan stops nothing happens... i wait for 1 or 2 minutes and the spyware is still there...

why does this happens?

We need a little bit more information.
Which version of Spybot do you run?
Do you have installed the latest updates?
Which operating system (Windows) do you use?
Did you try to run in safe mode with admin rights?

I'm using spybot 1.4, i have installed the latest update, I'm using Windows XP Professional and i'm gonna try with the safe mode ^_^

i tried the safe mode... and the result was the same
