I tried it six times: In normal mode twice with KIS 2010 running, in normal mode twice with KIS 2010 disabled, twice in Safe Mode.Did you try to undo the immunization and then immunize again?

Obviously not.If that does not help please also try to click a second time on the immunization tab.
Sometimes all items get immunized by the second run.

KIS 2010. As stated, I tried it with and without, but it has always worked in the past with it enabled.Do you have other security programs installed that might block the immunization?

This is a dual boot (win XP Pro 64 installed on a two disk RAID 0 array/Win 7 ultimate 64 installed on a four disk RAID 0+1 array) system.The unloading is done by Windows, all we do is tell Windows to unload the registry hives we've previously loaded.
Or do you maybe have multiple Windows installations?
Actually, I have no issue with Spybot starting or running, as the user in that post describes, and it only takes about a minute or two for Spybot to close, I was merely curious about the 'Unloading user registry hives...', which I do not recall seeing before.This thread in our forum should also help.
