Immunizations Will Not "Stick"

For some reason, the immunizations will not stick. I run the app as admin, and apply immunizations. The app applies them all (thousands!). If I then close the app, the next time I run it, it shows the original number of unprotected areas, as though I never ran the "apply immunizations". I've deinstalled/reinstalled the entire Spybot, and it doesn't change. The app says all updates are current. What can be causing this issue, and how can I resolve it?

If you think nothing has been immunized, please make sure you have clicked on “Check system” which can be found on the navigation bar on the left. This will check for already applied immunization.

The system is still immunized when you close Spybot.
In order to see it you just need to manually "Check System". We will improve this feature, that it will automatically do this once you open the immunization. This should avoid misunderstandings.

Sandra, your recommendation worked perfectly...except on the Firefox portion, and I easily applied immunization to those entries. Thank you very much for your assistance and support!
