Fixed: NSIS Media Extension

Hi,

The NSIS Media Extension entry (added in the 3/11 update) causes Spybot to trigger a false positive alarm when it encounters the NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System) program entry in the registry under the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NSIS].
