Hi CB-Bang2 and welcome to the forums :D:

You got infections there...

You have two (2) antiviruses installed and running, F-Secure and McAfee. Running more that one antivirus at the same time may cause all kinds of problems and is NOT recommended. It propably causes more harm than advantage. You should leave only one (1) antivirus running. You should uninstall/disable either F-Secure or McAfee. When you have decided, you can uninstall your choice through Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs..

You don't seem to a firewall (http://forum.malwareremoval.com/viewtopic.php?p=56#56) running, you must install one firewall.

These are good (free) firewalls: Sunbelt-Kerio (http://www.sunbelt-software.com/Kerio.cfm)
ZoneAlarm (http://www.zonelabs.com/)
Sygate (http://http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=3356)
Outpost (http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=1056)
At first you need to disable a few realtime protections. These may interfere with our cleaning process.
We'll enable these when you're clean...

Disable SpywareDoctor's realtime protection.
Open Spyware Doctor
Click the "OnGuard" button on the left side.
Uncheck "Activate OnGuard".
Exit the program.

Please download VundoFix.exe (http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4) to your desktop.
Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
Click the Scan for Vundo button.
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log.

Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove.
In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button." when VundoFix appears at reboot.
