Google Redirect Virus

Whenever I try to click a link from google, i am redirected to another spam site. I have tried all spyware removal programs but nothying fixes it. This is my first post so i don't know what to do.... If someone could PLEASE help me it would be greatly appreciated.

So follow the instructions and post a HijackThis log to here
