Problems with BitGrabber

Hi folks,
I stupidly installed BitGrabber onto my computer before I realized that it was a silly adware fraud... I know there are some topics about this previously, but I'm not really sure what would work in my case, and I'm not a big computer buff (obviously). I've tried opening the Task Manager and ending iexplore.exe but there are two and they keep reappearing! Here's my HijackThis log:

Hello Carrie and welcome to the forum. If you still need help and are not receiving it elsewhere, I will see what I can do. Let's start like this.

1) I removed your email addy, not a good idea to post it like that in an open forum. Spambots are always looking and will spam you to death.

2) You are running MSConfig in Selective Startup mode. I must see the HJT log with everything enabled in MSConfig. You can enable all, scan for a log and return to SS if you wish.

3) I will make this suggestion: C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exeFor your information, Viewpoint is installed by aol probably without your knowledge. I suggest you uninstall this resource waster in Add Remove programs.

Restart the computer and post a new HJT log so I can make sure nothing else was hidden by Selective Startup.
