smitfraud-c help

[Bassman_uk]

i got infected a few day's ago, 1st spyaxe kept popping up, then the toolbar kept showing security error, then i keep getting popup offering antispywear software, and i'm runnin norton's system works, microsoft anti spy and spy bot.


spy bot cleared spyaxe, but smitfraud keep's coming back.

also can anyone suggest other software in addition, or instead off which may off prevented this happening again. or lessen the likelihood of this happening again.

solved the problem myself by reading other post.

ran spyaxe fix
ran smitrem

then removed the item below with hijack this.
