Keylogger?

I think there's a keylogger on my computer. I've ran adaware, skybot: search and destroy, and AVG Virus scanner. Can someone please let me know if my hijackthis log file looks clean? Any response would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Welcome to the forum, as far as I can see there is no keylogger in the HJT log. You must have missed this information Pinned to the top of the forum:

HJT just cannot see everything, that is why the free online antivirus scan is required, to show hidden stuff. Often we need additional scans when symptoms persist. Why do you think you have a keylogger?

I will make this suggestion:
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exeFor your information, Viewpoint is installed by aol probably without your knowledge. I suggest you uninstall this resource waster in Add Remove programs.

If you have a valid reason for believing a keylogger is on the computer, read the "Before you Post" directions and follow them. Post the results of the antivirus scan you choose and provide information about this keylogger.

After reading your post and taking your advice, I was able to pinpoint a trojan virus on my OTHER computer. For this computer, I've ran AVG, then Spybot a couple times in safe mode (till all the reds are gone), and by the time I ran eTrust online scan and housecall from micro trend, they did not find anything.

Understand you may remove any 016 DPF which are ActiveX controls and you would be prompted to download the control again the next time you go to the site. This item:

since it seems the link is not applicable, I would use HJT to remove it. If you need the DPF, download it again.

via HJT. This computer does seem to be problem free now.

As to answer your previous question as to what makes me think I have a keylogger? I'm a World of Warcraft player, and on sunday someone attempted to hijack my account (logged me on, changed my pw etc). And I do not give those information away.

In the past week I have not had that problem again (yet...), so I still feel a bit paranoid at the moment. I've been doing daily scans and I feel more more secure again.

Thank you for ALL your help! Seeing you help a total stranger like this makes you my hero! *cheers*. I've taken your instructions on "Before you post" with the other computer already, and so far so good ever since that trojan seems to be removed. System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
