I searched through the forums and saw other "Baciami" threads but they never gave a clear solution. Any help? I am using Spybot v1.4, and here's my Hijackthis log.

Hi squall23 and welcome to the Forums :)

You got infections...

You may want to print out these instructions for reference, since you will have to restart your computer during the fix.

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, then make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish. The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

At the end of the fix, you may need to restart your computer again.

Finally, please post a fresh HijackThis log, along with the contents of the logfile C:\fixwareout\report.txt

Ok good :)

First some "optional" removals

The unregistered version of FlashGet serves up Ads in Internet Explorer that are downloaded from Cydoor servers. I would suggest removing it if it is this version. The registered version supposedly does not... so it should be ok. You can find Safer Alternatives (http://www.spywareinfo.com/downloads.php?cat=dlman#dlman). Please uninstall FlashGet in the Control Panel /Add Remove programs. These are the items to fix in HijackThis.

Same applies to Download Accelerator Plus (DAP or dap.exe). DAP is not technically malware, but it may include malware and allow it into your system. Note that the free version is adware based. If it is the free, ad-supported version, then I recommend that you switch to Leechget 2006 Download Manager - this is adware-free freeware (http://www.leechget.net/en/). Another free, and spyware free, alternative is Star Downloader (http://www.stardownloader.com/). You can find other Safer Alternatives (http://www.spywareinfo.com/downloads.php?cat=dlman#dlman). Should you choose to remove it, uninstall it through Control Panel=>Add/Remove Programs. These are the items to fix in HijackThis:

Then the unregistered version of NetPumper comes bundled with adware. I would suggest removing it if it is this version. The registered version supposedly does not... so it should be ok. Please uninstall NetPumper in the Control Panel /Add Remove programs. This is the item to fix in HijackThis.

I'd like to hopefully delete my download managers as a last resort because they've been very useful to me. While I do know they contain malware and adware, those programs (in my own experience) were the only download managers that ever gave me faster speeds when downloading things (I can never go past 200kbps without them, I'm not a very patient person, lol). I'd like to find ways of solving my "Baciami" issues hopefully without removing them.

Here is the NoLop.log:
