Hi

Whenever there is a alert from "Spybot S&D" , the alert appears , with buttons not displayed properly.

i.e there are "three options to choose" disaplayed ; but except the first
checkbox "remember this" , other two check-boxes are vaguely displayed without text displayed.

The installation is upto-date with all patches!

Any suggestions to fix this.

We have already been able to locate and fix it. The fix will be downloadable with our next program upgrade. We hope that it will be available soon.
As a current solution you can work with your keyboard. Use the cursor keys to switch between the buttons ("Allow" is on the left, "Deny" on the right) and the space key to enter your selection. You can also press "A" on your keyboard for "Allow change" or "D" for "Deny change". The Checkbox for "Remember this decision" will work correctly in spite of the graphical issue. If you don't like to use the above workarounds you can disable TeaTimer as follows:
- Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode > Tools > Resident.
- Uncheck the following: Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of over-all system settings) Active.

It's a bit ridicilous to state that the next program update will have a fix... If that statement is from june 2005! Come on man, it's 18 months ago!
The mentioned workaround seems to be the only good solution (BTW, at the moment, you need to click the Australian download of reshacker, the first one doesn't want to download).

There is a new update for the resident TeaTimer availible:

Aside from the fix of the graphical glitch so many users have been waiting for, there have been some important changes under the hood, which will reduce the number of change dialogs where the user has to decide.
TeaTimer now automatically allows any changes during the installation of other security software which follow the ASCs guideline of code-signing all files, as well as a much improved scan of the files associated with registry changes.

Please delete the files 'RegKeyWhite.sbe' and 'RegKeyblack.sbe' in order to
remove the remembered blocked or allowed registry keys. You will find them
in the folder:

* Windows 95 or 98: C:WindowsAplication DataSpybot - Search &
DestroyExcludes
* Windows ME: C:WindowsAll UsersApplication DataSpybot - Search &
