I've got some kind of trojan. Nothing I use detects it or removes it. Symptoms are Firefox.exe running in background. when killed windowslogin.exe launches and starts firefox.exe again. deleting windowslogin.exe does nothing as it is recreated in a matter of seconds. Here is a hjt log.

Ok, my situation has gone from bad to worse. While waiting for a reply I went through castleops list of detect and removal stuff. Now I have even more annoying symptoms. For example when I load Sprint Connection Manager it freezes my taskbar and the mouse over features of it (the sprint con man) are gone. Also, in Outlook 2003 the toolbar is unusable. I have run the following on my system.

The Cleaner
Ad-Aware SE Personal
Panda Activescan
Trojanhunter
Spybot - Search & Destroy

and have ended up with a system that feel less stable than before I started.

Here is an updated HJT log.
