Welcome to the forum, please read and follow the directions here:
"BEFORE you POST" -Preliminary Steps
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
Use "Post Reply" to post the information in the instructions and stay in the same topic.
Post that required online antivirus scan as described in the instructions, a HJT log that is not formatted, and let me know about the junk you have in your "Trusted Zone"?
Thanks

What exactly is Prism XT? The link you posted for me goes nowhere? You have a nasty infection that usually comes with messengerplus because of the sponsor programs LOP/C2Media. You also a severely corrupted "Trusted Zone" . Follow these directions carefully:
1) Right click on this link: http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/DelDomains.inf and select Save As to download WinHelp2002's DelDomains.inf.
Please save the file somewhere you can find it like on the Desktop.
To run the inf file, right click on it and select Install.
2) Please Download NoLop.exe to your Desktop.
http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=item16
First close any other programs you have running as this will require a reboot
Double click NoLop.exe to run it
First close any other programs you have running as this will require a reboot
Double click NoLop.exe to run it
Now click the button labelled "Search and Destroy"
<<your computer will now be scanned for infected files>>
When scanning is finished you will be prompted to reboot only if infected, Click OK
Now click the "REBOOT" Button.
A Message should popup from NoLop. If not, double click the program again and it will finish Please Post the contents of C:\NoLop.log along with a fresh HijackThis log
If you receive the error, that mscomctl.ocx or one of its dependencies are not correctly registered, please download this file to your system32 folder then rerun the program: http://www.boletrice.com/downloads/mscomctl.ocx
(Save those log until we finish)
3) Follow the instructions in this link. Make sure you delete or at least quarantine what is located.
http://forums.security-central.us/showthread.php?t=3165
Restart the computer and post the C:\NoLop.log, the AVG Anti-Spyware scan report and a new HJT log.
Thanks

Thanks for returning your information and your feedback. Once we have this computer clean, I will post links from experts in the malware removal business who will make suggestions. Once you have viewed that information, if you still have questions, please post them, I will do my best to answer them. A couple of things I will point out, this item: http://www.newboundary.com/products/prismdeploy/pd_versionhistory.htm I am not familiar with it but new software is coming on the market at a rapid pace, appears to be legitimate? It also looks to me like someone had to download it? Consider the users on the computer, from the looks of the junk corrupting your "Trusted Zones" which gave those sites much access to your computer, it appears someone is taking the computer where they should not? At least it's hard to believe anyone would place those sites in the "Trusted Zone" on purpose?
1) I would like a look at your uninstall list on this computer. Get that information for me like this.
Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.

Uninstall list: I do not see anything that jumps out at me as malware, but I just do not know all of those programs. I suggest you take a loog at the items and if there are programs you know you no longer use, get rid of them. I wonder why this program shows it is installed twice?
Windows Media Player 11
Windows Media Player 11
SmitFraudFix v2.132
C:\WINDOWS\ads.js FOUND !
Follow these instructions:
Clean:
Reboot your computer in Safe Mode (before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually)
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 2 and hit Enter to delete infect files.
You will be prompted: Do you want to clean the registry ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.
The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found): Replace infected file ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to restore a clean file.
A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt
Optional:
To restore Trusted and Restricted site zone, select 3 and hit Enter.
You will be prompted: Restore Trusted Zone ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to delete trusted zone.
Note, if you use SpywareBlaster and/or IE-SPYAD, it will be necessary to re-install the protection both afford. For SpywareBlaster, run the program and re-protect all items. For IE-SPYAD, run the batch file and reinstall the protection.
Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1 Scan saved at 11:20:53 AM, on 1/16/2007This item is still in the HJT log? Either you missed it when you used HJT, TeaTimer was not turned off? Or you did not delete the filder? It is LOP/C2 Media and it must be removed before your computer is clean.
Turn off TeaTimer using the instructions I posted before (if you have to uninstall Spybot until it is removed and reinstall it later.
Use HJT to remove the line from the HJT log (make sure you have all windows and all other programs closed (nothing should be running but HJT when you use it)
Navigate right to the folder before doing anything else and delete the folder highlited in red.
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [loadfork] C:\DOCUME~1\KENABA~1\APPLIC~1\CASHDA~1\BOLT WARN AIM.exe <<< delete that folder
Restart and post the C:\rapport.txt from Smitfraudfix and a HJT log with the LOP item removed.
Once that item is gone then do this:
System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001111912274039?Open&src=sec_doc_nam
AVG Anti-Spyware is a good program but it does use some resources. Once the trial is over you can update and use the scanner for as long as you wish, but unless you purchase it you should turn it off completely so it does not run unless you start it manually.
Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:
