iexplorer.exe wont close in processes

recently ive had a problem where my internet explorer is not running but its being run by another party I need this fixed as i cant un install trend micro and install kaspersky since trend micro wont uninstall with interet explorer running if anyone could help me out it would help alot tyvm

Sorry for the delay...You got some infections...

Download HijackThis to your desktop from here

Create a new folder for HijackThis and move HijackThis.exe into it.

Please Download NoLop to your desktop from one of the links below...

  • First close any other programs you have running as this will require a reboot
  • Double click NoLop.exe to run it
    • Carefully type or copy and paste this series of characters into the lower text area labelled Insert CLSID Here. Include the {}:

      {502A6CA6-1135-F6F1-B5A6-28E1078AE029}
  • Now click the button labelled "Search and Destroy"
    <<your computer will now be scanned for infected files>>
  • When scanning is finished you will be prompted to reboot only if infected, Click OK
  • Now click the "REBOOT" Button.
  • A Message should popup from NoLop. If not, double click the program again and it will finish Please Post the contents of C:\NoLop.log along with a fresh HijackThis log
--If you receive an error, "mscomctl.ocx or one of its dependencies are not correctly registered," please download mscomctl.ocx to your system32 folder then rerun the program.--
