Welcome to the forum, if you still need help and are not receiving it elsewhere, please do this.

1) Move HJT from the Desktop for safety. I prefer C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe, if you need additional instructions use these: http://russelltexas.com/malware/createhjtfolder.htm

2) Read these instructions, select and run one of the free online antivirus scans mentioned. Save the results to post.

3) I need to know what program is finding cmd service and where does it say it is located. If it is Spybot, please make sure that program is the newest version, completely updated and then run it again. Let me know the results.

4) Thanks to sUBs and anyone who helped with this fix.

1. Download ComboFix.exe using either of these links:

2. Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.

3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log & a fresh HJT log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

If the log is large You might need to post half in one reply half in another.

Make sure the computer has been restarted and post the scan results from the antivirus scan, the combo fix log and a new HJT log and any information I requested. Please add any comments you think will help.
