Anti-spyware vs. antivirus software question

It is time for me to renew my anti-spyware and anti-virus software registration, and am looking for alternatives.

I currently have Webroot Spysweeper and Trend Micro PCillin antivirus.

If I use the Spybot S&D for anti-spyware, what would you recommend as a good antivirus software to coincide?
