Help Please

I downloaded and ran hijack this.....they recomend to come to here for help with the log it created....how do I get this help?

I am new to this particular forum Automan so I don't have any experience with the speed or quality of the replies you get from the moderators/experts.

If you want to visit (bar none) the best "puter help site I have ever found, visit virtualdr.com.

They have a very well moderated thread especially for Hijack This posts and you'll get the help you need, and quick.
Highly recommended site, a friendy place, no flaming wars nor ego battles.
I have been a member on that one for 6 years.

Now: to reciprocate, if you ever spot what's been crashing
eveyone's SpyBot scans; I really need a solution on that one.
