spyware: casale media won't delete, nicconfigsvc error, etc

Hi,

I have been having problems removing casale media. It will come up in a spybot s&d scan, register as removed, only to reappear a day or so later. Also, upon reboot of my computer I am informed of an error with nicconfigsvc (some sort of dell power management program?). I also have system mechanic (trial), memory guard, and spyware blaster installed. If this is of any relevance, I also notice that despite multiple defraggings and optimizations, my usable system memory hovers at about 30-40%(suffice it to say, my system is slllloooowwww). Last but not least, I also use ad-aware se, and despite having defragged my hard drive several times, and deleted all temporary files, it continues to freeze halfway through (even in safe mode).

I have a notion your problems are not malware related, but possibly hardware or even software, see this:

I would also like to view the results of a diagnostic scan here: http://www.pcpitstop.com/
Run the scan and post a link to the results, I may spot something.

I see a little trash that we can remove but nothing serious, before we do that lets see if anything it there not showing in the HJT log.

Make sure you delete or at least quarantine anything the program locates, then post the scan report and a new HJT log, along with the link to the diagnostic report.
