I have seen this on multiple machines today. A Google search wasn't very informative, as I was hoping to learn of others seeing this file recently and knowing what it is from and why it is showing up. Does anyone have any insight on this file?

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that "nsldap32v50.dll" comes up as "HotsearchBar", which of course sounds like a nasty piece of garbage. Anyone else see this? What installs it?
