I need to recover spybot 1.3

I had spybot 1.3 running on a win 95 computer. Then I did the update to 1.4 without knowing that it was not compatible with win 95 (I believe this to be true). Now, Spybot will not run. I get message that user32.dll is missing, but it is not. Unfortunately, I didn't do anything to save the 1.3 version before and I have been unsuccessful at finding a 1.3 version to download.

Is it possible to get version 1.3 or recover it? How?

Uninstall Version 1.4 before installing 1.3: Uninstalling Previous Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/faq/27.html)
