Error During Check

Halfway through the checking process, I get an error message that says :the process cannot access the file." The file given is Mailbot [Datei C:\WINDOWS\win.ini kann nicht geoffnet werden.

I cannot find this file in any folder in my PC. it appears to be some file written in german. All I wnat to do is get rid of it so the checking process can be completed. Can anyone help?

win.ini kann nicht geoffnet werden on the other had only has 13,900, and from the few I looked at it may be that you have an out of date version of Spybot? But don't quote me on that.
